Really nice house and plenty of room inside. It is actually bigger than it looks in the photos. Even more luxorious than you imagined and everything is very clean and hospitable. Loved that big private terrace with beautiful views. Communication with Victoria was always quick and clear. This is a great place for families with kids. Cant even tell how much we all liked this beautiful place. Especially our little daughter. We couldnt get her out of pool. Special thanks for pony walk. Our vacation there was absolutely perfect. Wish we could stay there longer. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back one day!

It is really a beautiful place. we spent very good time. The host are really friendly and welcoming (they offered us the first breakfast since we arrived very late the night before and didn't have time to make some shopping)

This is a great place for families with kids who look for a quiet accommodation outside the villages. The welcome, instructions and information was very good and we enjoyed the stay. The closest village is only few minutes by car. You can also ride (for additional cost) and enjoy the horse farm.

This was our first experience with Airbnb, and that was very positive. Communication with Victoria was always quick and clear. It was great that there was provided a breakfast for the morning after our arrival (late at night). But even the simple things like towels, tea towels and washing powder makes that you can enjoy your holidays right away. The place is quiet and that while there is a highway nearby and sometimes airplanes are crossing. We had no problems with that. It was a great base for our visit to Barcelona and a place to unwind. A nice side effect was that Peter (Victoria's father) is a Dutchman and speaks enough languages ​​(Dutch, English, German (I think) and of course Spanish).

Victoria, her husband Daniel and her parents were really friendly. If you don't speak English or Spanish Peter speaks well German as an Netherlands born. The apartment is beautiful. There is everything you need for your holidays. We were very glad about some croissant for the first breakfast and a few thinks in the fridge you need for breakfast and for your comfort. That was really nice. You find restrooms needs already there and towels for the pools and for the bathroom. We haven't recognize any neighbors, the horse farm is really big so if you want to be private it's no problem. We were there in April and we didn't need the air condition. The clime was nice so that we can use the pool. Peter does everything for our comfort. We would go there every time again. Thanks for the nice holiday to Victoria an Family

All that we had imagined and more! Wonderful accommodations in the countryside of Vilanova i la Geltrú. Conveniently located to Barcelona and charming Sitges yet a world away allowing comfort and relaxation in a well-appointed apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds, pool, riding school, mountains & sea. Picture perfect! Victoria and her family including Rosa, Peter & Daniel were most hospitable with great recommendations and conversation. This is the place for the animal lover with horses, dogs and cats-each with a special story. Truly a magical home for a holiday away. The highlight of the weekend was a two hour trail ride in the park and spending time with the wonderful animals and people. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back one day!

We loved staying at the horsefarm, as have most other visiting families' whose stories you can read in their guestbook or online. You drive in through a bit of an industrial area behind Villanova & you think, 'Oh no - what have I booked?!' Then you open the gate & the Rosper's property is revealed. We found them to be very generous with any question: whether mosquito plugs for the rooms or borrowing clothes washing liquid. We've recommended to our friends a stay there.

We are a young couple with 2 kids aged 2 and 4. We had an absolutely fantastic time at Vitoria's place. The house is beautiful, fully equiped and the garden and swimming pool are huge. Victoria and her family were excellent hosts, ensuring a very relaxed holidays. Highly recommended!

It was just perfect. I don't think that i can add too much to all reviews of previous guests. The only think i can say - if you are in the house of good people you feel it. Especially if the house was built not for renting but for own needs. And the terrace... so calm, relaxing and there is super view of the city and the sea. Это было отлично. Our stay was simply perfect ! The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, the apartment doesn't lack from anything and we directly felt at home -especially thanks to the warm and friendly welcome by Victoria and her mum who were so nice to us. And if you love horses, dogs, cats and animals in general, this is definitely the place to be !

There are alot of words that run through your mind when Victoria and her husband take you on a walk through in their apartment. First of all, it is actually bigger than it looks in the photos, it's more luxorious than you imagined and everything is very clean and hospitable. The view from the balcony is amazing and you can have some very nice and cozy dinging/late after noons there. Beds are comfortable and the master bathroom is something to die for, you want a shower or a bath? Take your pick. Victoria and her husband take you through all the important stuff and reccomend some good restaurants and supermarcets in vilanova. If you like getting into the country side there are some great driving roads up into the hills only a few minutes away. This is by far my best experiena at Airbnb, the only bad thing I can say about my stay is that it was too short, it is not a question if we will be back but rather when!

The pictures "do it justice." It's a very lovely place to kick back and take a dip in the pool or survey the horse riding ranch from the spacious balcony. It was perfect for our 2 year-old twins. They adored the pool and we plopped them in it every chance we got. One even learned to swim. The plethora of pets (4-5 dogs, a friendly half-paralyzed cat, goats, ponies, horses, lizards, etc.) kept their attention too. The home itself is clean, modern and well-appointed for all our needs. We had big family dinners out on the terrace every night. We even borrowed the grill downstairs a few times to sear some fresh seafood. Although you have to drive pretty much everywhere, you don't have to go far. The supermarket is maybe 5 minutes away, Sitges is close and any number of beaches are 10 to 15 minutes away. Victoria was quite accommodating. We needed baby beds and she set that up. Thus, we arrived late in the evening and put those tired toddlers directly into their new beds. It was a fantastic vacation.

Awesome house, perfect for 2 families with children like us. It was like a 4 stars hotel, clean and modern. The 1st floor terrace was huge and the view beautiful, you will enjoy all diners, lunchs and breadfasts here ! The pool is even better than the pictures are showing. TV is up to date with USB, Sattelite channels, Music, nice kitchen, nothing was missing. Everyone was kind and nice with us. These two weeks in Spain were just perfect ! Villanova is Family-friendly and Sitges Party-friendly 🙂

I stayed here with my family and we had the most wonderful time. Victoria is very helpful, the rooms are spacious and the views are magnificent. I would highly recommend this place if you have kids who love animals. Our girls went riding with the horses two times and loved to play with the dogs on the riding school. There's a great pool and the beaches are just minutes away by car. And Barcelona is just over 30 minutes...

Our stay at this house was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The family were lovely and extremely welcoming, the location is stunning, and the accommodation was exactly what we were after. If we had known about it earlier, we probably would have based ourselves there for our initial visit to Barcelona and just caught the train into the city every day. Perfect for families looking for a place to get away with the kids as there are several rooms and loads of outdoor space for them to find things to do including the beautiful pool. You definitely need a car to get to the house which will also help you quickly get to several great beaches and the great restaurants in Sitges. Don't hesitate any longer, book it now. Excellent value for money.

Es una casa grande y algo deteriorada, con una piscina muy bonita como principal actividad, si vas con niños, a parte de los caballos. Fuera de la finca no hay nada de interés y necesitas coche para todo. Los dueños responden muy bien ante cualquier imprevisto.

Un lugar muy acogedor y agradable. Muy limpio, estamos muy satisfechos con el apartamento. Lo recomiendo TOTALMENTE !!

Un séjour inoubliable. La maison, la vue, la piscine, nos hôtes...tout était parfait!

La casa de Victoria es un sueño, es una propiedad con todo lo que se puede ver en las fotos, piscina, terreno abierto, caballos, cuadras, animales, barbacoa, etc. Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas, la cocina es completa y muy funcional, la terraza es genial por las mañanas para desayunar al sol viendo el mar desde el campo. Pero además Victoria es un encanto, super atenta y super diligente, en todo momento nos facilitó las cosas, se mostró super colaboradora e hizo que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Por motivos personales tuvimos que organizar un pequeño evento y Victoria colaboró en todo momento con nuestras propuestas facilitándonos todo el trabajo. Conviene disponer de coche para moverse por la zona, aun así, el trayecto en taxi desde la propiedad hasta el pueblo ronda los 10-12 euros y hay teléfonos de contacto para moverse. Hay un supermercado a las afueras del pueblo muy conveniente y un restaurante a unos cinco minutos caminando. Nuestra estancia ha sido fantástica en todos los sentidos.

Nuestra estancia en casa de Victoria ha cumplido nuestras expectativas al máximo. Todo ha sido genial: el lugar precioso, las vistas inmejorables, tanto Rosa, Peter como Victoria muy amables y flexibles con nuestra hora de salida y las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. La zona de barbacoa es un añadido fabuloso pues el domingo disfrutamos con la familia comiendo en la zona de barbacoa. Repetiremos seguro! Gracias por todo.

La casa es exactamente como se describe, es perfecta para familias con niños, equipada con todo lo que se necesita, muy limpia. Tiene una terraza genial con unas vistas buenisimas al campo. Victoria y su familia han estado muy disponibles en todo momento, haciendo que nuestra estancia fuera muy comoda.

La casa es impresionante y en un lugar idílico rodeada de naturaleza. Fuimos 6 amigos a pasar el fin de semana y fue inolvidable. La madre y padre de Victoria que viven en la planta baja fueron muy amables y respetuosos en todo momento. El piso de arriba, estaba todo muy limpio, contaba con todas las comodidades y una terraza increíble con vistas al mar. Fuera de la casa, destaca la piscina muy limpia y grande con hamacas para descansar. Nosotros usamos bastante la zona de barbacoa que está más alejada de la casa, pero cuenta con árboles y unas mesas y sillas de madera. Sin duda ha sido un fin de semana increíble, lo recomiendo sin duda y espero volver algún día. Muchas gracias por todo!

Ce logement correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos (il est même encore mieux "en vrai" !). Très spacieux, très propre, et très très agréable. Propriété magnifique : piscine, terrasse, barbecue, et centre hippique. Et hôtes charmants, discrets et attentionnés : croissants pour le 1er petit déjeuner, bouteille de cava au frigo ! Bref, tout était au rendez-vous pour nous faire passer un excellent séjour. Nous conseillons vivement ce logement à toute personne ayant envie de se ressourcer et de se détendre, en famille ou entre amis, et nous reviendrons sans doute très prochainement.

By far, the best experience I have had yet. The location was great (however a car is needed), the apartment is beautiful, very clean, and Victoria and her husband are very welcoming. I am really glad I chose to stay here and will definitely be back again. Plus, you can ride horses right next door, which was a highlight of the trip. Such a wonderful property! The view from the deck over looks the stables and the Med. It's absolutely gorgeous! The hosts were very prompt to respond and very accommodating. They were also available to chat during the day and gave us see wonderful suggestions. Highly recommend!!!

This is a wonderful place. It has everything you need for a lovely vacation! It has internet, tv, even an outdoor grill and picnic spot that we used for a salmon and beef dinner the day after Christmas!! You will love this place.

Had a great stay here! Travelled as a family of 8 with two 4 four year olds and a nine year old. Lots to do around the farm. Walks, pool, pony rides, a short drive to the beach and an easy drive in to Barcelona. Fantastic setup with lots of space in and out of the apartment. We had a lovely time here. It was peaceful and the pool area was lovely. My husband and I stayed in the family room with a kids room off it which was ideal. The 2 other bedrooms were separated from us by living room and a dining area which meant the kids didn't disturb the other adults. I particularly appreciated the big balcony which had lots of railing at the bottom which meant my 11 mth old could crawl around it in total safety. Great bathroom!

Bel appartement localisé dans un centre équestre. Piscine superbe mais mauvais temps donc nous n'avons pas pu en profiter beaucoup. Décorations un peu vieilles mais globalement chaleureuses. Eau non potable dans l'appartement.

We had an excellent stay with Victoria and family. We were greeted warmly and shown around when we arrived. The pool is amazing and the apartment is huge! We were two couples and there was lots of space for us all. The beds are really comfy too. Victoria was great and managed to find us an adapter plug as we left ours at home. Would definitely recommend this place and wish we could have stayed longer!

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Denke aber das es eher für Familien mit Kindern geeignet ist da eine tolle Pferde Ranch mit auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Leider ist bei uns auch noch das warme Wasser ausgefallen so das wir morgens kalt duschen mussten. Die Vermieter waren aber bemüht dieses Problem schnellst möglich abzustellen. Vielen Dank das wir auch mitten in der Nacht anreisen konnten und das Frühstück am ersten Morgen. Alles in allem tolle Unterkunft und auf jeden Fall für kleine und große Familien geeignet. Wenn man als Gruppe unterwegs ist würde ich aus dieser Sicht eine andere Unterkunft wählen. Wir hatten keine Musik an haben uns nur etwas auf der Terasse unterhalten, und es muss dann wohl doch lauter gewesen sein.

Sehr empfehlenswert für größere Familien, die keine Hotel Bunker wollen.

We were welcomed by Victorias father who speaks Dutch, that was a nice surprise! We enjoyed the pool and the place, very spacious! You need a car to get to the house and to town/beach. I enjoyed waking up early to see the sunrise from the balcony, it's a great view! We stayed too short, but it is a perfect place to come to a state of rest.

Both Peter and Victoria are great hosts, we had a great time there. Fun horseback riding trip, had a discount if u staying in their house.

This is definitely a great place! We were a family from seven people and we enjoyed all of it. Everything is spacious, parking, appartement, the surrounding area with nearly no neighbours i sight, and there is a huge pool with lots of chairs and beds and big pergola to enjoy the sun from the shade. The horsefarm is just a few steps away but you dont really recognise it. As we went for some riding lessons we had just to walk a minute, thats perfect. Support from the owner was perfect! We absolutely recomend the place to stay.

It is very nice, old house with big and very nice pool. we stayed at the 1 floor and the terrace there is perfect - large, overlooking the town and the sea. the house is located in the very quite place - we love that, but this means is it is few km from the town and beaches. The garden was very nice. There is also no public transport available so the car is a must. The horse farm was great for us, but the guests must be prepared that it is an existing business so some works must be done. We organised the small family reunion; all together 9 people - 3 children included and we spend very nice holidays at Victoria's place. Thank you Victoria.

It was really nice place for family! It takes around 50minutes from Barcelona city center but someone who has a car is perfect location and takes 10minutes from house to nice restaurant with wonderful seaview.

Amazing house in a great quiet location. Barcelona was 25 minutes away so it was nice to be on the outskirts but not to far. Hosts were quick at responding and helpful with anything we needed.

What a great place! Lovely location amongst rambling stables with access to a wide range of horses, ponies and donkeys. The accommodation has everything you need and we all found the beds to very comfortable. Having breakfast on the veranda, over looking the farm with the sea in the distance, was a good start to the day. The BBQ area was put to good use and even the changeable weather didn't dampen our enthusiasm for al fresco dining! The hosts father, Peter, gave us very good instruction on how to find the location and meet us when we arrived rather late. Not initially having a vehicle he was very gracious in driving us to the local supermarket and bus terminus. The local bar/restaurant, about ten minutes walk away, was excellent and a good source for local Catalan dishes. However we did have a few surprises, using (Hidden by Airbnb) translate to the Catalan menu, but it was all part of the adventure.

An absolutely perfect setting for families with young children, our daughter was living a dream having horses to go see each morning. We sincerely felt welcome from the moment we arrived. My family and I highly recommend staying here as base to then explore the rest of Barcelona.

We had a great time! Very lucky with the sunny weather and loved the horses and huge garden for the kids to play!

The apartment is perfect for a vacation with kids! There is enough space for two families if you want to come with friends....The apartment is furnished nicely and is very comfortable. A nice terrace with a view to the sea. A big pool, horses and ponies, great nature. You can reach the sea within minutes, Vilanova is a lovely town, there is a lot to see around, Barcelona is not far. Victoria and her parents were very nice and helped us with everything we needed. So for us a very good experience! Especially with kids it's important to have a nice home where the kids feel comfortable and we can really recommend this place.

Victoria et sa famille nous ont accueillis tous les 3 avec beaucoup de bonne humeur et de simplicité. C'est agréable de trouver des hôtes qui acceptent les jeunes enfants et qui sont disponibles, sympathiques tout en restant discrets (ils vivent au rez-de-chaussée). Propre, avec tout le confort nécessaire, la maison offre une magnifique piscine, une vue sur le centre hippique (sans être incommodés par les animaux) et une vue sur mer. Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison, nous y avons vite pris nos marques. Victoria et Peter nous ont été d'un grand secours quand mon mari a eu besoin de soins en urgence. Leurs précieux conseils et leur aide nous ont permis de résoudre ce problème au plus vite. La proximité des chevaux, poneys et ânes était une nouveauté pour nous, notre fils de 2 ans a adoré (encore merci pour la petite balade en poney). La maison est assez isolée pour se sentir à la campagne tout en restant à 10 min des commerces (en voiture) et 30 min des aéroports (donc on y voit souvent des avions). Je recommande sans hésitation ce logement et suis ravie d'y avoir séjourné!

This was an absolutely lovely place to stay. AMAZING pool and great location. Food prices locally very good. Its not super touristy area so less busy but very close to Barcelona which was fantastic. The horse farm and free rides (as well as discounted riding lessons) were much appreciated! Victoria and her family were very laid back but super helpful guests. The property is large and has everything you need. Really fantastic.

If you love seeing swimming and animals this is the place for you.

Very nice and quite place with perfect pool for adults and small children. Possibillity for horseriding too. We would like to come back another day.

We had a great stay at Victoria's place. It felt private and the kids loved the pool.

As two young families with 4 children aged between 1 and 4 we were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful apartment. It was simply perfect in every way! With the accomodation being arranged with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom at each end and a lounge and dining room in between them, there was plenty of space. The private terrace was huge, completely secure and had amazing views. The newly appointed kitchen was well equipped and big enough to cater for 8 of us. The apartment was clean and homely with powerful showers, comfortable beds and plenty of towels for the bathrooms and pool. The pool is idyllic. Huge and clean with plenty of loungers. We spent hours there every day and although shared with the family it felt private to us. The location is remote from the town and a car essential but this suited us as the beaches, shops and bustle of vilanova were just a 15 minute drive away and it meant our time at 'home' was peaceful apart from the birdsong. Victoria met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment and grounds (which are huge and almost entirely free to explore) she and her parents Peter and Rosa were on hand throughout our stay, whether it be to just give a friendly hello, introduce us to the family pets or provide advice on local areas. They did this though without being at all intrusive and with absolute grace. The children adored the animals especially the wonderfully friendly dog, Pipo and the lovely ponies (Mango was a favourite) They were lucky enough to enjoy many free pony rides which were arranged with ease through Victoria or the friendly riding centre staff. What an amazing treat as a family, to be handed a pony to groom and walk around the farm. Adult riding is available too and is excellent value. We sincerely hope to return to this beautiful area again one day and would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to our friends and family.

Wer einen sehr ruhigen Ort als "Basislager" für entspannte Tage sucht, ist auf der Horsfarm perfekt aufgehoben! Eltern und Kinder können sich auf der großen Terrasse oder am Pool hervorragend entspannen und den Blick in die Umgebung genießen. Reiten kann kurzfristig gebucht werden. Ein Auto ist aber dringend nötig! Zum Ortskern und Strand sind es so 10 min, nach Barcelona 40 min. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gut organisiert. Es waren für uns perfekte Tage!

Great place for kids and adults. Fantastic swimming pool. Children loved the pony riding. Victoria and Peter were brilliant hosts.

Great house in a very relax Mediterranean countryside. We had a very nice time, also big swimming pool. Perfect for groups.

Le séjour était parfait. Le descriptif correspond parfaitement à la location. La piscine est superbe comme la vue sur la terrasse. Victoria nous a très bien accueilli et à répondu à toutes nos interrogations. Merci pour ce séjour.

La propriété est magnifique. Les hôtes sont attentifs, très disponibles et sympas. Idéal en famille. Mer pas loin, piscine merveilleuse, massif montagneux et garrigue a deux pas.

Es war herrlich bei Victoria und ihrer Familie. Die Unterkunft war sehr großzügig und sauber, alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Kindern braucht, war vorhanden. Nur der schöne Pool war Ende Oktober leider schon etwas kalt. Wir haben sehr den weiten Blick vom großen Balkon genossen und dort gerne gegessen und gekocht (der Balkon ist mit einem Gasherd ausgestattet, da in der Küche nur 2 Kochplatten vorhanden sind). Victorias Haus ist ein prima Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge: in die herrlichen Berge zum Beispiel nach Montserrat oder zum Kloster in Poblet, ins quirlige Barcelona oder zu den schönen Stränden entlang der Küste Richtung Süden. Ganz besonders gefallen hat uns auch der Ausritt mit Victoria und ihren freundlichen Pferden in die nahe Umgebung. Alles in allem können wir einen Urlaub hier nur empfehlen! Freundlich. Hilfsbereit. Problemlos.

Das Apartment von Victoria ist groß, super ausgestattet und sauber und liegt schön ruhig. Der Pool darf genutzt werden und von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Pferdefarm sowie das Meer. Die Beschreibung wurde übertroffen - die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und die Betten sehr bequem. Victoria und ihre Familie sind super Gastgeber, die gerne für Fragen bereit stehen und sich sonst aber zurückziehen.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Victoria and Peter for every thing, Grandma & I had a wonderful stay; & your hospitality was second to none. The place was beautiful, the beds comfy, the pool was even bigger than we'd imagine and the water was still warm enough to swim in, even in October! But what I most loved was my time with your horses. Victoria taught me so much during our riding lessons on Friday we went out for a wonderful 2hr hack in the country and saw some of the most beautiful sights, her horses were so well behaved. We loved every second spent at your beautiful farm. I would recommend it to everyone, we couldn't of been more well look & would defiantly come again. Thank you so much for a wonderful week xx

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in Vilanova und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. viel Platz, dazu tolle Strände in zehn Minuten Auto-Distanz. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Victoria, Peter and families were great hosts. They helped us a lot the first day by driving us here and there when we had a lost luggage (and passports!) incident. We loved the apartement and the pool, the kids spent hours upon hours there. The farm is in a quiet neighbourhood and has a great terrace where the view is magnificent. The small town of Vilanova is close by, and the place is well within reach for day trips to Sitges, Barcelona, Terragona and other nice places.

We had a wonderful week in Vilanova i La Geltru. The appartement and the location on the farm were magnificent. We celebrated a very special holiday.

Ce logement est exceptionnel. La vue sur la mer est magnifique, la piscine est superbe et tres agréable. Nos hotes sont à la fois très disponibles et discrets (nous partageons la maison ensembl). Nous avons eu sur place un pb de batterie avec notre voiture et ils se sont portes à notre secours tres vite. Ils adorent les enfants et les animaux et les amoureux des chevaux trouveront ici leur bonheur car en tant que locataires on vous propose des tarifs tres attractifs pour prendre des cours. Nous avons tous adoré notre sejour et reviendrons de nouveau si nous le pouvons.

Nous avons aimé cet endroit, avec de belles plages avoisinantes, une petite ville où se trouvent de nombreux commerces et restaurants du basique au plus gourmet. Pour les amateurs le club hypique attenant à la maison est vraiment extra avec de magnifiques chevaux et une prof très sympa ( Julia). La terrasse et la superbe piscine sont vraiment les meilleurs atouts de l'appartement. Gros point négatif: la cuisine, mal équipée ( pas de lave-vaisselle, un petit four à gaz sur la terrasse que nous n'avons pas réussi à allumer, un micro onde minuscule, deux petites plaques de cuissons...... ) avec des ustensiles pour certains hors d'âges . Sinon très bon accueil de Victoria, avec de délicieuses viennoiseries !

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Victoria et sa famille Le logement est conforme à la description, spacieux, propre et la piscine avec son jaccuzzi très agréable Nous recommandons ce logement qui nous a permis de passez un excellent séjour en Espagne Merci encore

We had a beautiful stay at the horsefarm apartment with Victoria and Peter! It is ideally situated not far from Barcelona, Sitges, Vilanova (best beach-front to our opinion). We are a family with 3 children aged 6-10 and we really enjoyed the pool and the horses (special thanks to Julia our ridingteacher). The only drawback is the kitchen. It is too small for a family of five, no dishwasher and no oven, only a small stove. Besides that everything was perfect and we wish to come back!

Just returned from a wonderful week at Horsefarm Apartment, the views and pool area are stunning and we were made to feel very welcome by Victoria and Peter. You have your own entrance to the upper level which is split in to 2 sections with the kitchen and living area in the middle so for 2 familes (as we were) this was perfect with our own bedrooms and bathrooms at either end of the floor. Villanova didn't win us over but Sitges, Barcelona and Tarragona had plenty for us, all 15 - 40 minutes away. You will need a car at this property unless you literally want to lay by the pool all day. Thank you for a lovely holiday and for arranging great weather also!

We had a fantastic week at Peter and his family's place - it was perfect for celebrating my husbands 50'th birthday! The apartment is spacious, cool and everything we needed was there. Both Vicky and Peter were very helpful if we needed help or advice! Can absolutely recommend it and we will hopefully be back! 🙂

Great place to stay! Beautiful view! Gracious hosts... They even left a gift of wrapped pastries on the table to welcome us. The property is stunningly beautiful and well cared for. My family had a wonderful time. Close enough for day trip to Barcelona but Vilanova also had beautiful beaches close by and if you just want to stay on the property it was also a great relaxing place to swim in the pool or ride the horses at a great discount. Thank you Victoria. It was both a pleasure and blessing to spend time at your place.

We had a great time in this apt. Beautiful location, swimming pool and surrounding is great too. Contact with Victoria is good from the start on. We met a couple of times during our stay. Our kids was offered to ride the horses. They loved that. The bedrooms are large , beds are very nice. The 2 bathrooms are just fine. Kitchen is well equipped and the balcony is big enough to have breakfast for 8 to 10 people. We stayed for one week from may 1st to the 7th 2016. Weather was amazing this week. We were very lucky.

We've been for the second time at Victoria's place, and for a reason. The great balcony, swimming pool, horses and location nearby the beach Barcelona and mountains as well makes it a perfect getaway. Victoria is a nice host, we felt very welcome. Highly recommended.

La maison est superbe. L'intérieur aussi. Tout a été fait avec gout. Beaucoup de bois et de nombreux souvenirs de voyage. Nous étions stupéfaits par la beauté du site et de l'intérieur. La maison est au coeur d'un terrain de 6 hectares incluant la ferme équestre. C'est très confortable et calme. La vue sur la ville et la mer est magnifique. Un seul bémol toutefois, autant les chambres, les salles de bain, le salon et la terrasse sont parfaitement adaptés pour accueillir jusqu'à 8-10 personnes, autant cela ne nous parait pas suffisant en cuisine : il n'y a que deux emplacements sur la plaque de cuisson et un micro ondes. Il n'y a pas de four. Cela nous a un peu gêné pour nous qui aimons cuisiner les produits locaux. Mais c'est le seul point négatif. Il y a un grand réfrigérateur, et le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner. Les parents de Victoria qui nous ont accueillis sont très sympathiques et disponibles pour répondre aux questions. Ils habitent au rez de chaussée mais chaque étage est bien indépendant. Nous avons pu apprécier la magnifique piscine (en avril, nous étions les premiers de l'année) et les activités équestres grâce aux supers monitrices du centre. Nous avons été ravis de ce séjour et nous reviendrons très certainement pour profiter de ce lieu magique, faire du cheval et échanger avec Victoria et ses parents.

Wij waren vriendelijk ontvangen door Victoria's vader die onze taal , Nederlands sprak , duidelijke rondleiding in het appartement , en het domein. er lopen 3 honden rond , maar superbraaf. helemaal geen last van, zelfs met kinderen betrouwbaar. Mooi , groot appartement met alle comfort,mooie ligging , niet ver van het stadje met vele restaurants, tapasbars, shops en grootwarenhuizen. het weer was bij ons wat minder, maar veel te bezichtigen in omgeving. appartement was ook heel proper en net !

I can only agree with what previous visitors has described. It is a wonderful place with a fantastic pool and a view that you never get tired from. Even if it was late October and the pool was not heated our kids spent hours everyday at the pool. The terrace was a fantastic base for lunches and dinners.

Had a lovely, relaxing holiday at this wonderful apartment. Plenty of space and everything you could need to make your holiday one to remember. Veronica and her father Peter were delightful hosts and looked after us wonderfully well. The girls enjoyed their horse ride and meeting all the animals. Ideally situated. Close enough to see all the parts of Catalunya that you could possibly want yet secluded enough to let you relax on-site if you should so prefer. Would have no hesitation in recommending this as a family destination. Moltes gracies.

Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was unseren Urlaub mit den Kindern sehr erleichtert hat. Es ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen und bietet viele Möglichkeiten und sei es, dass die Kinder vor dem Haus mit den Steinchen spielen oder auf dem Spielplatz schaukeln. Victoria und ihre Familie hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war immer hilfsbereit. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner entspannter Urlaub, auch wenn wir wegen des schlechten Wetter grade den tollen Pool nicht nutzen konnten. Der Strand ist ca 5 min.mit dem Auto entfernt und Vilanova ist ein wunderschönes Städtchen ,wo man auch gut shoppen gehen kann.wir würden es jederzeit weiter empfehlen oder selbst nochmal hinfahren.

L'appartement de Victoria est vraiment très bien équipé, tout est prêt pour accueillir une famille ou des amis. C'est grand, c'est propre, c'est bien rangé. Et que dire de la propriété...c'est un havre de paix, magnifique et reposant. Parfait pour se détendre. Victoria est très gentille et serviable. Bref un séjour génial plein de souvenirs et une maison idéale a recommander a tout le monde.

Thank you for a wonderful dream holiday with amazing hosts, who made us feel like home, treating us with much respect and kindness. We would highly recommend the place to rest for a paradise holiday, as it had been provided everything necessary from glasses to beach towels. The house was immaculate clean and comfortable to spend your holiday in. The view from the balcony was amazing both days an nights, the swimming was just a gift for us, that you(the children) would spend each minute in it. Thank you for the comfort we had had this summer!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung, war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden für einen perfekten Urlaub. Die Lage ist einmalig und die Ruhe herrlich entspannend. Ganz besonders hat uns und unseren drei Kindern der riesige und wunderschön gestaltete Pool gefallen. Dies war auch der Grund, warum wir den tollen Strand in Vilanova während unseres Aufenthaltes nur einmal besucht haben. Victoria war sehr hilfsbereit und sie und ihr Vater haben uns mit tollen Tipps prima weitergeholfen (u.a. bei unserem Besuch eines Fußballspiels im Camp Nou). Vilanova bietet sehr viel gestalterische Möglichkeiten für den Tag und für die Nacht und dank seiner Nähe zu Sitges, Tarragona und Barcelona, ist die Unterkunft perfekt gelegen für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Wir haben die Unterkunft mit unseren Freunden geteilt, die ebenfalls sehr begeistert von dem Haus, dem Pool, die Lage und Victorias Hilfsbereitschaft waren. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt gehabt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft werden wir sehr gerne weiter empfehlen und möchten uns auf diesem Weg bei Victoria und ihrer Familie noch einmal recht herzlich bedanken!

We were a group of 3 adults and 5 kids and the place was perfect for us. The place felt very safe, the house was very clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. We especially enjoyed the big pool and terrace. Everyone was very friendly to us, and the cat and the dogs made the place feel even more homey. 🙂

We absolutely loved Casa Rosper! We had several young boys who had not seen other for a while and the boys had space to run, swim and laugh. The host Victoria along with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Rosper were always willing to help with anything. This was paradise.
